Section 2 of the Telecommunications Act (prohibited unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
No one should collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from Internet homepages, where a doctor's refusal to collect e-mail addresses is stated.
No one shall sell or distribute the e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
Anyone should know that it is an electronic mailing address prohibited from collecting, selling and distributing information under the provisions of paragraphs 1. and 2.
